Why do auctions dislike poaching?

ACTIVE BIDS OR REFUNDS ARE FORFEITED!!!!!

Poaching can be defined as one of the following incidents:
  • A visitor on sim approaches another visitor or potential slave/sub for sale, and coerces them to leave with them.
  • A visitor comes to the sim and talks a slave/sub that is up for sale to leave with the visitor without going through the auction process.
  • A slave/sub on auction, requests a visitor to remove them from auction, essentially the opposite of items 1 & 2.
  • Any Visitor leaving with another visitor whether for sale or not.
  • Any visitor requesting a slave/sub to come with them if  “it does not work out”.
Please be advised that any slave that is met through Sensual Delights auction MUST be purchased through the auction house during their auction period or afterwards should both parties desire to begin a D/S relationship.
As it does cost a significant amount of money to maintain a sim of this nature, poaching takes money from the sim. This is not acceptable. Courses of action from the sim owners range from banning on the sim, to potential bans from all major auction houses and BDSM Sims.
Keep in mind that if you get banned for poaching any active bids you have in the house are forfeit.
We are running this Auction house to help Dominates and slaves/subs find their perfect match. This requires a lot of time and effort to make that happen.
